Bloggers Unite Update

Bloggers Unite is a group located on BlogCatalog that provides the opportunity for bloggers, vloggers, and photobloggers to use their space to raise awareness on many issues.  I became aware of them when I randomely googled ’causes’ and ‘blogging.’ 

Like many, I thought that this was a monthly blogging event, but as Rich at Blogcatalog explains in this thread, they chose to have fewer events, which is a more manageable model:
